Finess E. Hurt, born 9-10-1838, probably in Tennessee and died March 21, 1873. He was killed by a horse. He was probably a Baptist minister. He is buried in Buried in Old Round Rock Cemetery, Williamson, Texas, Northwest Section, Stone 17 (numbered N-S) Row31 (numbered E-W). Last I heard, his tombstone was broken and flat on ground – Bears Naval Anchor Symbol. He was married to Cynthia Ann Adeline Morton, born in Lincoln Co. Tennessee March 29, 1846.
